Oak Creek Terrace

Fritz ArchitectureOak Creek Terrace

Description 0

This project includes 41 units of affordable family housing. The project site is a flag lot adjacent to Napa Creek on First Street in Napa. Due to the required riparian setback and nature of the flag lot, the resulting buildable area is approximately 1.3 acres. In order to preserve as much of the site as possible for open space the buildings have been designed with tuck-under parking on half of the first floor, with ground floor units in front of the parking. Above the parking and ground floor units are 2-story townhouse apartments. The project also includes a community center and common open spaces.
