Description 0
This project reconfigures an existing residential site owned by the City of Cloverdale and managed by Wallace House as a transitional housing site. We are maintaining and remodeling one of the original three buildings and adding 23 new units in a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom homes. The resulting density is 13 units per acre. The project maintains a large riparian setback along Cherry Creek, which meanders through the site. Amenities include a nature path, garden area, playground, sports court, and a common building, along with outdoor rooms between buildings.
