Cock Robin

Located in a prime corner location at the entrance to Sebastopol, Cock Robin aims to open as a family-friendly burger joint. Originally hailing from Chicago, Cock Robin was a restaurant chain that started in 1931, but sadly went out of business in the 1980s. The owner of the new Cock Robin in Sebastopol bought the trademark and is revitalizing the brand, using the original art and graphics.

The newest addition to the Barlow Market District, this new family-friendly restaurant will serve burgers, fried chicken, salads, milkshakes and fries. This tenant improvement converted the centrally located bar area into a new commercial kitchen area where customers can see their food being prepared behind the counter which was maintained from the previous tenant. A simple palette of white and dark gray with white tile walls around the kitchen contributes to the casual vibe. In addition to indoor seating, outdoor seating is being expanded to two distinct patio areas, with fire pits and aiderondack chairs around the south and east sides.
